Step 1: Accessing the Media Library

To access the Media Library, you need to be in your account or location where your media files are stored. Once you’re there, click on the Settings button, then select Media. This will open the Media Library.

Step 2: Creating Folders or Uploading Files

Now that you’ve accessed the Media Library, you can create folders to organize your files or upload new files to your library. To create a folder, click on the Create Folder button, and give your folder a name. To upload files, click on the Upload Files button and select the files you want to upload from your computer.

For funnels, the maximum upload file size allowed is 4 GB for video, 100 MB for documents, audio, and images. Allowed file types are KNG, JPEG, WEBP, SVG, Icon, GIF, and Tip for funnels. For social planners, you can add images via an image element or video element that asks to upload the files.
