Introduction:
As a content writer, I often find myself in need of accessing my Media Library to retrieve images, videos, and other multimedia files for my articles. However, not everyone knows how to access the Media Library or how to upload, create folders, and manage their files efficiently. That’s why I decided to write this quick guide to help you access your Media Library with ease.
Step 1: Accessing the Media Library
To access the Media Library, you need to be in your account or location where your media files are stored. Once you’re there, click on the Settings button, then select Media. This will open the Media Library.
Step 2: Creating Folders or Uploading Files
Now that you’ve accessed the Media Library, you can create folders to organize your files or upload new files to your library. To create a folder, click on the Create Folder button, and give your folder a name. To upload files, click on the Upload Files button and select the files you want to upload from your computer.
Step 3: Copy, Delete, or Access any files from the Media Library
Once you’ve uploaded files or created folders in your Media Library, you can copy, delete, or access any file you need. To access a file, simply click on its name, and it will open in a new tab or window. To copy a file, hover your mouse over its name, and click on the Copy button. To delete a file, hover your mouse over its name, and click on the Delete button.
Step 4: Maximum Upload File Size and Allowed File Types
For funnels, the maximum upload file size allowed is 4 GB for video, 100 MB for documents, audio, and images. Allowed file types are KNG, JPEG, WEBP, SVG, Icon, GIF, and Tip for funnels. For social planners, you can add images via an image element or video element that asks to upload the files.
Conclusion:
Now that you’ve learned how to access your Media Library, you can easily manage your multimedia files and organize them efficiently. Remember, creating folders, uploading new files, and copying, deleting, or accessing existing files are simple tasks that can save you time and effort in the long run. So, don’t hesitate to use your Media Library to its fullest potential!
